The eLeasing information portal:

The eLeasing portal lets you easily obtain online information about the whole vehicle fleet administered by SOB Leasing, as well as about individual vehicles. You will receive up-to-date information about expenses, insurance events or your payments through reports. The eLeasing feature also facilitates communication between your drivers, SOB Leasing and you.

REPORTS module

You can gain up-to-date information about your contracts, vehicle fleet, expenses for individual vehicles and other important reports such as:

  • a vehicle overview – information about vehicle orders and progress on their fulfilment
  • an overview of invoices and their status, including a list of ordered services
  • expense and financial overviews – organized by individual vehicles and expense types (maintenance, tyre service, substitute vehicle…)
  • an overview of all refuellings and of fuel consumption for individual vehicles
  • an overview of insurance events – organized by individual contracts

CONTRACTS module

This module contains an up-to-date overview of all your customer contracts with the possibility to search using various criteria such as:

  • product
  • contract number
  • registration plate
  • other criteria

PAYMENTS module

You can find overviews of invoices issued by SOB Leasing in this module - for example:

  • an overview of all invoices – displays your payments and allows you to filter them by invoice issue date, payment type or contract number
  • an overview of unpaid invoices – shows overdue invoices
  • an overview of currently due invoices – shows all outstanding invoices including the overdue ones

REQUESTS module

You can submit your online requests for SOB Leasing in this module – for example:

  • file an insurance event report
  • submit a request for a change of contact address
  • submit a request for technical improvement
  • request modification of contract parameters
  • request premature termination of the contract
